Our journey begins with a personalized consultation designed to ensure our collaboration is both effortless and aligned. During this conversation, we’ll explore the vision you hold for your wedding day, discuss the finer details, and address any questions you may have. Should we feel a shared synergy, your date will be reserved and the bespoke onboarding experience will commence with the utmost care and attention.
02. Reserve your Date
It’s an honor to be considered for such a meaningful occasion. To officially secure your date, a signed agreement along with a 50% retainer is required. From the moment your booking is confirmed, I remain at your disposal to offer thoughtful guidance on photography-related elements, be it timeline curation, event flow, or any detail that enhances the visual narrative of your day.
03. Creative Curation
With your vision as our foundation, we begin an intentional process of artistic discovery. Through thoughtful conversations and shared inspiration, we craft a visual direction that reflects the essence of your celebration. A bespoke mood board is developed to guide the aesthetic tone, ensuring harmony in every frame. Throughout this phase, we collaborate seamlessly with your planner to transform your dreams into a beautifully orchestrated reality.
04. Bespoke Timeline Design
Approximately four weeks prior to your celebration, we begin refining the flow of your day with intention and care. During this time, we’ll discuss meaningful details, family portrait requests, cultural traditions, and any personal nuances that deserve to be honored. With your preferences in mind, I collaborate closely with your planner to design a seamless and thoughtful timeline, one that allows each moment to unfold with grace and purpose.
05. The Wedding Day
When your special day arrives, your only task is to be fully present and savor each moment. With utmost discretion and artistry, I will document the day as it naturally unfolds, gently guiding when needed to enhance the beauty of each frame. One of the most treasured elements of the day is creating space for you and your beloved to share intimate, unhurried moments, away from the bustle capturing the quiet magic that belongs only to the two of you.
06. Image Delivery
Just days after your celebration, you will receive a curated selection of preview images (Sneak Peeks), perfect for sharing and reliving those first memories. The complete, meticulously edited gallery will be delivered to you within two to four weeks, beautifully presented in an online collection. At that time, we will also explore the creation of bespoke heirlooms, such as fine art prints and handcrafted albums, to ensure your memories are preserved with the distinction they deserve.
